Constitution of Sexual Harassment Committee
In accordance with the directives to ensure a safe and harassment-free environment for all, the Institute has constituted a Sexual Harassment Committee. The committee is responsible for addressing and resolving issues related to sexual harassment on campus, promoting awareness, and ensuring a dignified atmosphere for everyone.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Address complaints related to sexual harassment in a sensitive, fair, and timely manner.
- Create awareness through workshops, seminars, and other activities on gender equality and harassment prevention.
- Ensure confidentiality and transparency during the resolution process.
- Maintain records of all complaints and actions taken, ensuring compliance with legal and institutional guidelines.
- Submit periodic reports to the undersigned on the status of cases and preventive measures taken.
